| View in browser Welcome to the new Hollaway This is our first newsletter of the year—and our first since a brand refresh. While the hot pink will always be iconic, we felt it was time for a look that better reflects who we are today: bold, brilliant, sophisticated, and unapologetically Hollaway. Thirty-two years in, we're still showing up, still building, still solving complex challenges, and still finding ways to have fun along the way. Here's a look at what's new across the Hollaway crew. A note from the owners — 32 years in Hard to believe Hollaway is 32. Leslie's been here since 2006 — bought the firm, rebranded it in 2019, and somewhere in there, between long days, real work, and a crew that kept showing up, she built something we're all proud of. Leslie hasn't been doing it alone for a long time: Claire Garvin and Jennifer Smith both joined Hollaway in 2016. By 2022 they'd stepped into co-ownership alongside Leslie, and the three of them have been running this firm together ever since. Claire runs operations the way you wish someone ran yours. Jennifer takes care of the people in a way that holds the whole place up. This refresh is mostly the brand finally catching up to the work. The crew, the standards, the way we show up for clients — those have been here all along. What's new is the refreshed look, the site, and the language to match. To the clients, partners, and communities who've stayed with us — thank you. To the Hollaway crew, old and new — there's no one we'd rather be doing this with. Here's to 32. MEET YOUR THREE HOLLAWAY OWNERS The three women running the firm Leslie has owned Hollaway since 2016. Claire and Jennifer joined the crew that same year, grew into executive roles, and became co-owners alongside Leslie in 2022. Four years in as a three-woman ownership group, they lead Hollaway together — each with a distinct lane, all three pulling in the same direction.  Leslie Hollaway Owner + CEO Leslie joined the firm in 2006 and became owner in 2016. As CEO, she leads the firm's vision, strategy, and growth while championing the culture that makes Hollaway unique. With more than two decades of experience helping clients navigate complex environmental and infrastructure projects, she believes great work happens when technical expertise, creative thinking, and genuine human connection come together. Alongside Claire and Jennifer, she is leading Hollaway into its next chapter while staying true to the values and reputation that have defined the firm for more than three decades. Claire Garvin Chief Operations Officer + Owner Claire brings 20+ years of Gulf Coast experience in NEPA compliance, environmental permitting, and large-scale biological field survey programs across infrastructure, energy, and coastal work. She joined Hollaway in 2016 as Director of Environmental Services, stepped up to VP, and is now COO. She helps guide growth, strengthen operations, and support the people who make it happen. Jennifer Smith Chief People Officer + Owner Jennifer is a SHRM-Certified Professional with 20+ years across administration, HR, and finance. She joined Hollaway in 2016 as Business Manager and grew into the CPO role, leading recruiting, talent development, performance, and HR compliance. Her priority is the Hollaway crew — building the kind of culture where people are seen, supported, and able to do their best work.  New on the blog: Solar, wind, and battery storage are surging across Texas — and permitting and public engagement can shape every schedule.
